Lets see 800 users 40 incoming lines. Assume each person checks his email 8 times a day and stays on for 20 minutes. Twenty people per line. There are 3600 minutes in a day. Eight accesses, times twenty people, times 20 minutes per call comes out to 3200. Wow I would like to see that phone bill.
