Trend's Viruswall or their newer Messaging Security Suite (http://www.trendmicro.com/en/products/gateway/ismss/evaluate/overview.htm)
Not sure about the key word filtering, but it does the rest guaranteed. I've used viruswall (albiet on a Unix platform) for over 4 years without incident.
