Same here. We used Arc 6.61 and decided to dump it for Ultrbac. They even gave us a discount for dumping Arcserver.

I don't know about ArcServe 2000, but I run ArcServeIT 6.61 Advanced and I've had substantial problems with backing up Exchange 5.5. Their tech support is questionable.
