I use backupexec 8.5 and I must say it is pretty good.  Most problems I
have is because I hate reading manuals.
 
Several weeks ago I had my only exchange 5.5 server blue screen (never
ever want to see that again.  almost passed out)  I had just bought a
new faster Dell server I was planning to migrate to.  So I just did the
restore to the new server and all was well.  Big sigh of relief.
 
I like Backupexec.

we use Vertias backup exec 8.6 its not great but much better than

the general concensus on arcserve is don't bother, look elsewhere, etc.
Backup Exec or UltraBac.
