I know I know - but do they listen?

I am just waiting for the next computer crash so I get the luxury of saying I told you so.

Would love to do OWA but these people are "too important" to bother with that.

For starters? The first time one of your users sucks all his email off the server, they will know.

I remember reading on here many months ago that it is a bad practice to allow users to pop into your exchange server.

I cannot remember why and I am running that battle now.

I searched the archives but do not see anything.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Jim
