That's a weird one, Our Groupshield doesn't let the mails through to the mailbox until they have been scanned. When you say the previous two engines, do you mean engines or Dat updates as you also say you are using 4.0.3 which is a very old engine!! What does the Version Tab on the Groupshield Exchange connector say?
