I ran into a similar situation a few weeks ago...my user complained that
when she tried to do anything, the client would hang...all I did was add a
new profile for her on the client and it worked fine afterwards.

No. The main reason being is that I have a real belief that the issue is on
the client side. When the user has experienced these problems I have also
opened up their mailbox from a Terminal Server session at the same time and
there is no problem at all.
