Had a similar case and, using Antigen, we set up a filter specifically for
the e-mail in question and ran a manual scan on all servers to delete the
message.  Worked very effectively.

User sent out an eMAIL to a large distribution list by mistake.  The Recall
Message action feature did not work very well on this.
This was very sensitive eMAIL that went out and needs to be trapped before
too many people read it.  What can I do?
