Oh my. 2 MVP not automatically and categorically condemning Word as the
e-mail editor! Hell hath frozen (which, given the current AZ temp,
sounds wonderful).

Ditto! Also with Office XP and Word as e-mail editor you can use this
great Smart Tags technology to accomplish a lot of things. Like opening
a MSKB article from the simple ID: Q123456. Of course only if you have
the corresponding Smart Tag installed ;-)
<hint>http://www.cdolive.net/download/CDOLiveSMTMSKB.zip</hint>

And that are way more things you can do like: Searching the Exchange 5.5
GAL/Outlook Address Book/Active Directory for phone numbers, names and
e-mail addresses and offering options like: sending a mail, opening a
MSN IM chat etc. All from an open e-mail item with Word as e-mail
editor.

Cool, huh?
