Title: Message
True story. A number of years ago, when we first got Internet email for all users, I sent a nice helpful message to all staff, telling them that it was available, and stating the format of their aliases. I even gave an example.

I got one reply from a user asking what their email address was. Not bad. Apart from the fact that it came from the user I had used as an example in my message.

It seems he only read the first few lines in preview.......

And people wonder why I get a wee bit frustrated with users.....

This from someone who uses Word as their email editor...  :P

I love to answer questions when any proper amount of research has been done and a nice detailed email is constructed asking for more help because someone may or may not completely understand what information they received from the research they've done.

As for stupid questions, sorry, never really asked one of those.  I'm just a little bit more than anal about finding the answer myself and then asking for help if I didn't understand what I was researching.  I suggest you check the archives for the last 5 years and see how many questions I have posted to ANY list...
