I wish!   Here's another one.   User (a different one) calls me. He says he's been on holiday and in his absence, User3 (yet another one) has been using his PC. He says he's logged on, but has got User3's email and desktop. My first theory is that he hasn't actually logged on, and that User3 had just left the box logged in. Oh no. User boy had seen User3's name in the box, so had typed in User3's password. A number of years ago, when we first got Internet email for all users, I sent a nice helpful message to all staff, telling them that it was available, and stating the format of their aliases. I even gave an example.   I got one reply from a user asking what their email address was. Not bad.
