Anyone have an idea about why users with the same first name can't logon to OWA after upgrading to Exchange 2000?
I have a user "John Doe" and another user "John Deer" and John Deer can access OWA, but John Doe, who has been in the system longer can't logon. I checked the alias' and the directories with no luck.
