One other thing, which might not be important, but I don't know... In ESM, under UKSite/Servers/Servername/Connectors/USSiteConnector/Properties/Remote Bridgehead: I show that the server name of the US server is just the bare NetBOIS name - not the FQDN. Would this make a difference?
