The following registry modifications disable the sending of read receipts: 1. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Agents. 2. Right-click SuppressReadReceipts, and click Modify. 3. Perform one of the following actions: - To prevent users from sending read receipt messages, type 2. - To allow users to send read receipt messages, type 0. 4. Click OK. I thought I recall this coming as a feature either in the release notes of either SP5 or SP6 beta or the OS4.6 specs... unfortunately this doesn't help you in your current situation. Do you have TSupport? Have you tried calling them?
