Almost certainly. You *have* to have a MAC address for IP doesn't work.

There is the Host IP, the Windows Cluster IP, the Messaging Cluster IP,
and the Heartbeat IP (which must be on a different subnet other than the
one where the rest of the IPs reside) as well as the Remote Management
IP (Rilo/DRAC) which should also be on a separate subnet...
