No, the IP will only have one MAC at any given time. The active MAC address will be based on which node currently has the cluster IP assigned to it. Whichever NIC that node has on the correct subnet for the cluster IP will supply the mac address.
If you want multiple nics on a node to be able to handle it, you should team the nics, which creates a virtual team nic which has its own mac address.
