In exchange 2003, we've never used imap so the virtual server is disabled, but the feature is enabled for all users as in, Enabled using protocol defaults on each users' property sheet.
I'm setting up a helpdesk system which requires imap. I know I can enable the virtual server but how can I disable imap for all users except the helpdesk app? Selecting multiple users, doesn't give an option to change that setting. I'd rather not have to set it for each individual user and I'm sure I'd miss disabling while creating new users.
