Normally I'd agree with that.  In this case not so much.

I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that someone subscribing to an 
Exchange admin list would be and Exchange admin, and that if they're an 
Exchange admin they'd be able to read mail headers.

Yeah, I know the instructions are there--but it's not reasonable to expect 
subscribers to dig through message headers to figure out how to leave the list. 
That's not a particularly intuitive design.
