Guilty! But in all fairness, doesn't Exchange 2007 make it a bit tougher to prevent this than 2003 did? I seem to recall that 2003 had a registry hack for minimizing this, but 2007 doesn't have this.
Plus, this distribution list could be configured such that those notices don't get sent to the list.
