You've probably already checked, but might verify that wireless calendar
sync is enabled - also that his calendar is on the server not a PST or
in the A mailbox - does OWA see the calendar updates? Anything in the
mailbox agent logs?

That's a possibility -- thanks for that. Just another day in the
life......   ;-}

Have you considered installing the desktop software and configuring it?
You could remove the software once it's working right.

No, he doesn't even have the desktop software loaded. There's only
three accounts on the BES, and the other two work fine -- even this one
appears to work fine except for the calendering synching.....just
annoying. If I can't do anything else I may just load all of his email
addresses into the other mailbox and just use that mailbox for all his
stuff.

Thank you for the input!

I hate to go there but have you tried reactivating the BB? I think that
would completely eliminate BES as an issue. Does this person ever sync
with the desktop???

Yes, I've done that, answered yes to the 'Do you want to remove all
settings' question. And I'm led to something different in the accounts
on Exchange, I just don't know what.

Thank you,

David

I'd start by deleting the account from the BES server and adding it
back, make sure if it asks you to save anything to say no so you start
clean. If nothing else that would eliminate the BB as the issue.
