It confirms ItemsInFolder are 2, and FolderSize is 254517461B. The Outlook
client and OWA both only show a single item in the folder.

What does this return?
Get-MailboxFolderStatistics users.em...@domain.com | where {$_.name -eq "Sent
Items"} | FL

Thank you John.

OWA also displays no contents in the Sent items.

If you already have Full Mbx access, just log into your mailbox and click your
name/drop down at the top right of your OWA client and input the name of the
user whose mailbox you want to open and it will open properly in a new window.

Maybe I just took a brain vacation (that would be super actually), but in E2K3
I used the https://owa-server/exchange/username format, and in E2K7 that format
is not viable on the CAS server. The user is not on shift yet, or I would have
them use OWA to verify what can be seen or not seen.

Perhaps a OLK filtered view?

What does OWA show?

Thanks,

Subject: System says user has 250MB in sent folder

I have a user whose mailbox reports 250 MB in their Sent items, but there are
no items visible in the Outlook 2007 client. The Exchange 2007 mailbox server
(via properties of the user) confirms that the user has a total mailbox size
that would confirm the 250MB in Sent items. I have moved the mailbox
successfully between DBs (so it cat be a corrupt item issue), and I have also
deleted all local OST and OAB files at the client. Nothing seems to clear
thghos sent items, and we impose mailbox quotas in our environment so this is
an issue.

Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
