Take whatever your backup time is, multiply by 2. That's what restoration is going to take you - assuming you've done it before and know what you are doing.
You can possibly shave that down to 1.75 with regular practice. To make it faster, you are going to have to look at other technologies than tape-based backup and restore (or combine them with other technologies). Regards, Michael B.
