Also - make sure that the device can send an activation email to the recipient.
This is a message w/ an attachment (.ept file I believe). You won't see the email arrive in the user's mailbox because it is immediately removed. BUT - what you can do is go into Exchange and configure that user to forward to your mailbox (as well as their own), so you will see the message from the BB.
