None of the logs are showing anything unusual. Yes, I can telnet to their port 25.
I cleared the cache on our DNS server. The email is still hung up. Is there a certain length of time I should wait? Can you telnet from your hub or edge server (whatever you’re using for outbound email delivery) to port 25 on their mail server? Could also be a DNS issue. You might want to try flushing the cache on your DNS server. The only change that was made to the server was I put in a rule regarding the Deleted items folder for our users which I have since deleted. All other emails are being sent correctly and our consultant is receiving emails from other clients. We recently upgraded to this version of Exchange and I'm still learning all the ends and outs. I googled the issue and didn't come up with anything. Any help would be appreciated. We running Exchange 2k7 on Small Business Server 2k8.
