Yahoo is known for doing tempfails (4xx) on delivery attempts. I recall
also that Exchange has had various issues with delivery retrying behavior
in certain cases though I'm not sure if 2007 suffers.

Best bet is to turn on protocol logging and check out any web links that
are present in yahoo replys. In general, yahoo likes it if email is
signed with DKIM and all the other usual suspects are squeaky clean (HELO,
reverse DNS, SPF, etc...).

Consider an appliance of some kind (Ironport, barracuda, roll your own
Linux, etc...) between Exchange and the Internet.
