Friend of mine said they shut down parts of the subway and others were nearly unusable due to workers checking the lines in the DC area.
My question is now that we know we have an "active" fault line that poses significant damage potential, how up to spec are the buildings and transport systems in these areas? I have to imagine that Emergency depts. are having some late night discussions and evaluations. Since its been 1886 since anything has been reported near this large....I'm just asking...
