Sounds like they changed what their output looks like.
DO tell us if you get a response from the rspamd guys,
and feel free to open an issue on bugs.exim.org
(since they are unlikely to retreat).

Whether or not both versions can reasonably be supported by Exim
depends on what changes they made.
