Does anyone know of a service that can assist foreigners with renewing their
vehicle registration (the car is registerd in my name)? I previously used a
service named Interavtocenter, but I have not been able to locate them since
the GIBDD for foreigners moved from 6th Radialnaya to Lobnenskaya. Any
