Dear Waldemar

You are absolutely right.  I have live in Lazarevskia for 6 years and have
been involved with
all problems.  They all have their hand out.  I have stories of how business
is done that have turned
my hair grey.    I feel like you do.

This country has such an incredible future but no one is interested.  People
complain about Stalin killing millions. . I tell them
for the first 3 years here I felt the same way.  Now I tell they I know why
Stalin did it.  He got tired of their stupidity.
