Dear Ron,

You may try Pyatnitsky market near Novokuznetskaya metro (on a small lane in 
the back of the metro on the first cross when you walk in the Kremlin 
direction) but beware that i) Caspian and Volga caviar is not legally produced 
so you have to buy cans with clear statement 'Don' ii) even that does not 
guarantee quality...
