[expert] Palm OS Development

I've seen mention of a few other distributions which come with gcc
already set up with the m68k-coff-palmos libraries to be able to
cross-compile for the Palm platform.  Do the current (or upcoming)
versions of Mandrake include these?  If not, is there a reason why not?
