Simple enough with the vacation or .forward setups in Linux and Unix.
In .forward file under anyuser on blah.com, you add
[EMAIL PROTECTED], | vacation { check_man_pages_for_parameters }
Or
[EMAIL PROTECTED], | your_own_script
