When you make xconfig you need to go to the code maturity level options tab and answer y to prompt for development and/or incomplete code drivers. The greyed network cards will then be revealed. You need to compile supermount as a module under the filesystems tab - it will not work if compiled in because a script in /etc/rc.d/init.d/mandrake_everytime disables it. Anyway, that's my story. I have had to use both steps to get 2.2.17 to work for me. HTH. -- Dennis Robertson 2/2 Sylvia Street NOOSAVILLE QLD 4566 Phone: 61 7 54742343 Mob: 0419 535539
