Had the same problem. It avered that the Dell-Latitude Windows Version
didn't like me to resize it's partition and it reparitioned the Partitions
after the next Windows start. Needless to say that I fortunatly always do
Backups of Partition informations.


Restored that, Wiped off Windows Completely (Reformated the Windows
Partition from linux), the reinstalled Windows with the partition
restaured for Linux-Usage.

No more kernel-Panics.
