Yes, I have...I don't know what specifically I did that made it work, but
you might try this: download a real audio or video file, right click on
it, and hit "open with." When the box comes up to let you select what you
want to open it with, make sure the "always use this application" box is
checked. I would assume that's what made it work for me...
