Try this method:
rpm -e perl-Mysql-1.22_15-3mdk
rpm -e MySQL-bench-3.23.23-1mdk
rpm -e MySQL-3.23.23-1mdk
rpm -e MySQL-client
Do that in this order and you should be ok.
