They are one of two companies I've dealt with like this ... The other is Epson. 9month old printer went south. They sent me a new one, and apologised that since they no longer made my model They'd have to send me the upgrade. Even sent me a new set of ink cartridges to replace the ones I just bought for the old one. All at no charge. Next time I buy a printer for personal or corporate use. Guess who gets the nod.
