I could not tell, by your message, but are you saying that the libopenssl package *did* upgrade, and that the libopenssl-devel did *not* upgrade? If this is the case, did you try "rpm -Uvh --force" or did you experiment with any of the other switches available with the rpm command? drjung -- J.
