hi hans, i always use gFTP which is on the distro 8.2 and NT (it can resume a broken download) which you can download at: ftp://ftp.rpmfind.net/linux/Mandrake/8.2/contrib/i586/nt-1.30-1mdk.i586.rpm regards andreas
