Two functional answers, one sorta funny, one serious.. :-) 1. Don't patch the IIS server of the offending win2k machine..
then use the nimda hack to send cmd.exe a shutdown signal... thats sorta clean... :-) 2. Or you could setup ssh server on the win2k machine (google is your friend.) then write a script on the linux box, to log into the win2k machine and send it a shutdown signal... There might be an easier way.
