Ric, If the teardown/rebuild is in person I'd recommend 2 things.
1. Check the quality of output from the power supply... with the amount of data corruptions you've been getting I'd begin to suspect it. 2. Just as a matter of course replace the fan on the cpu... I'm developing the habit of making it an annual thing for my boxes (personal). James 3. Congrats on the success!!!
