Not really. It's a bit over $100, in line with LiIons of other laptops. Also, has much longer run time than most comparable batteries.
Not great, but it's doable and you end up with a good machine for far less than a true notebook would cost you. Terry > The battery is separate.(cost and physically) AND expensive.
