Yah it's impressive considering the dollar value of each, but still an 800# 
purpose built car against, ok a very heavily modified street vehicle.

A tube framed GT 1 w/ Brembo hardware all around , a 3k gearbox, 25k engine, 
rear tires half as wide as an F5, as many dials and readouts as an F117 has 
to be a purpose built race car !

A spec Miata is a different story - a grocery getter that's raced on the 
weekends !

Now that's a peach !
