And of course there is Clint. He used to inspire/host invitation only residence courses in carmel area. So we have a california gov, maybe two, an ex president, maybe two (Clinton), maybe the current one, maybe a future one (hillary), and a former VP, almost president, an oscar winning director and actor, assorted senators and reps, various state officials (including ken meade ? of california who sponsored the TM Proclamation in the CA legislature, only to get in a fist fight on the capital steps (not about TM) and lose in the next election.) Plus Beach Boys, Beatles, Doors (Robbie Krieger and John Densmore used to show up at Squaw Valley and Asilomar residence courses -- and the Doors would leave tickets for their concerts at the local centers) plus Rolling Stones and Grateful Dead, Shirely Mclaine if you are to believe that 60's book, Heather Graham, Nobel Prize Winners, Woody Allen -- by some accounts (certainly his ex "wife"), shock jocks Sterm and Limbaugh, Ophra, Chopra, Gray, Kaufman, Hennings, Joe Namath, Bill Walton, Willie McCovey, Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet founder Mitch Kapor, maybe Steve Jobs, .. etc etc etc, and many more. And how is it that we did not succeed??!!!! Why isn't TM as middle class, natural, and extensively accepted as yoga, natural foods and joggong? Do you sometimes feel that you woke up in the wrong alternative universe? And in the right one, the world plan worked, TM centers are as ubiquitous as starbucks, its common for most corporate meetings and school lectures to begin with a group med to clear the air and minds, and TM teachers make as much as airline pilots (a Jerry Jarvis prediction -- taken as gospel by many) (back in the day that airlines were flourishing and being a pilot was a status job).
