My Swedish is quite rusty, but I'll try to come up with a quick and dirty translation to explain the raison d'etre of that expression. Fittstim är en nedsättande term som anses ha myntats av en chaufför till tidigare LO-ordföranden Stig Malm. "Fittstim" is a contemptuous term that is thought to have been coined by a chauffeur of former LO (worker's union?)chairman Stig Malm. Uttrycket lär ha tillkommit under en bilfärd omkring år 1990. The expression is said to have been born during a car trip circa 1990. Stig Malm upptäckte Socialdemokratiska kvinnoförbundets dåvarade ordförande Margareta Winberg på trottoaren, vilket fick hans chaufför att börja tala om "fittstimmet". Stig Malm noticed the then chairwoman of the Social Democratic Womens' Union, Margareta Winberg on a sidewalk(?), which made his chauffeur to start talking about "flock of cvnts". ...and so on...
