I pray that you do and remain well, given that you are working and
writing on the Sabbath. Quite dasterdly punishment for that i hear.

But I have a question. In reading scripture today, to gain guidance as
to my behavior and to attune it with God's, and all that is Holy, I
see that

in Numbers 31:7-18 God commanded Moses to kill every Midian man ...
all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, but save
for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man."

I am perplexedeth here. Should I follow Moses's example? Is God, via
the Bible, instructing me to kill every man. woman, boy and non-virgin
girl. At least the Midian ones? What if they only have 105 Median
blood, should i slayeth them also? And what pray tell, do I do with
these virgin girls that I spare?

And am I sinning by not taking many wives? I apparently am way behind
the ways of sinless men.

In Exodus 21:10, a man can marry an infinite amount of women without
any limits to how many he can marry.

In 2 Samuel 5:13; 1 Chronicles 3:1-9, 14:3, King David had six wives
and numerous concubines.

In 1 Kings 11:3, King Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines.

In 2 Chronicles 11:21, King Solomon's son Rehoboam had 18 wives and 60
concubines.

Some fool the other day tried to tell me I was quoting old testiment
scripture, which was not to be believed, only new testiment scripture.
But that is preposterous I told him. Jesus said: "Do not think that I
have come to abolish the Law (the Old Testament) or the Prophets; I
have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the
truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not
the least stroke or a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law
(the Old Testament) until everything is accomplished. (Matthew 5:17-18)"

Wanting my blessed, God directed unions be holy and sanctified, and
more important, in tune with God's thinking, God's will and the All
the Laws of Nature, I am researching proper marriage rites. I am
curious about the 7th and 8th marriage rites sanctified by Manu. They
seem crude and barbarious by my "out-of-tune with the laws of nature
ways," but they do seem efficient for getting those wife totals up
where they should be -- if I am to be in God's Will. Manu said"

"The forcible abduction of a maiden from her home, while she cries out
and weeps, after (her kinsmen) have been slain or wounded and (their
houses) broken open, is called the (7th) .. rite.

When (a man) by stealth seduces a girl who is sleeping, intoxicated,
or disordered in intellect, that is the eighth, .. "

So before I start my holy pilgrimage to slay midians and to abduct,
rape and thus marry -- an be praised by the lord -- intoxicated women,
do you have any MORE suggestions on how I might get in tune with this
God of yours and His Ways?

I was skeptical at first Billy, but your wisdom has transformed my
life. These Scriptures are bitchin!

Numbers 31:7-18
They fought against Midian, as the LORD commanded Moses, and killed
every man. Among their victims were Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur and Reba -
the five kings of Midian. They also killed Balaam son of Beor with the
sword. The Israelites captured the Midianite women and children and
took all the Midianite herds, flocks and goods as plunder. They burned
all the towns where the Midianites had settled, as well as all their
camps. They took all the plunder and spoils, including the people and
animals, and brought the captives, spoils and plunder to Moses and
Eleazar the priest and the Israelite assembly at their camp on the
plains of Moab, by the Jordan across from Jericho.

Moses, Eleazar the priest and all the leaders of the community went to
meet them outside the camp. Moses was angry with the officers of the
army - the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds - who
returned from the battle.

"Have you allowed all the women to live?" he asked them. "They were
the ones who followed Balaam's advice and were the means of turning
the Israelites away from the LORD in what happened at Peor, so that a
plague struck the LORD's people. Now kill all the boys. And kill every
woman who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who
has never slept with a man."
