There is no religion in the practice of TM. What you
have been practicing was "Guru Yoga" and Neo-Hinduism.

TM is totally secular, a purely mechanical technique.

There are no religous beliefs in the practice of TM.

Apparently the Maharishi got really mixed up and got
many TM teachers all confused. You guys screwed up the
tradition and got it banned from public schools. You
need to shut up with all the religous metaphysics: it
adds not single thing to the basic practice, except to
confuse the people. The Maharishi should have retired
to a cave back in 1964 and gone into silence. You didn't
keep the teaching pure - you had to mess it up and try
to make it into a religion. Now it's all a failure, the
laughing stock of the entire planet.
