Sounds like someone needs a hug. Perhaps in honor of the Pope's visit I could give you one of those alter boy in the Rectory type hugs...
You know there was no content behind my gay name nonsense Edg. I was just running my fingers. I haven't noticed anything about Judy but I also haven't read all the political posts. I have a third grader's attention span for political stuff here. Sorry to disappoint. Judy seems like an advocate for her position. My Judy meter is only on when our interests intersect on a topic. I can relate to both sides of the Obama Clinton question. That is the problem I have with discussing politics. Both Clinton and Obama have shown me reasons to hate them but also to hope they can undo some of the mess we are in. I'm just "bitter" enough to own a gun, but not enough to want to go to church. I believe that the process we use to elect presidents like America's Got Talent contestants is totally stupid but I'm not smart enough to figure out a different way. I would never listen to my own opinions about politics, I'm just not interested enough to be good at it. I dig that you stir the pot here Edg. You aren't a victim here, I feel pretty sure you dig it. If I have neglected to post more atta boys for good posts, sorry. I try but feel reluctant to burn up posts if I have nothing to add. I don't think Rory or Jim have been treated poorly here. They posted their POVs and people took the time to respond how they felt about it. That is all I can expect from FFL. It is a lot really. I value it. Your posts included. --- In FairfieldLife@yahoogroups.com, Duveyoung <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Curtis, > > And here I was figuring Marek would roast me for not giving him the > "heart" accolade. > > Can't win. > > Okay, okay, I get your point, and it's true, and I even have seen > folks hating each other far more than Judy dislikes Obama, and that > was the Irish Catholics and the Protestants, so I should fucking know > better about the emotions that arise due to politics and religion. > > OTOH, you didn't answer my hot potato question about whether you think > Judy's more shrill these days, and that something's kinda stinky in > Denmark.
