There was also a good bit of the philosophy behind
hatha yoga, from what I've heard. Can't remember any
of the details now, but I wish I could, because as I
recall they were pretty interesting--typical MMY
reinterpretation of traditional understandings, in ways
that (to me) made a lot more sense.
