I remember seeing a TV show on this a while back.

Germs are spread primarily by another person touching you.  In 
social/business situations, this is done by handshaking.

Apparently, in Kindergartens and pre-schools they have the kids 
nowadays wash their hands about 5 times a day.

Bush is being smart -- and healthy -- by using that sanitizer stuff.  
I myself hate the feel of it and prefer to wash my hands but for 
someone who shakes sometimes hundreds of hands a day, Bush is being 
wise for using it.

On the day that he did it with Obama present, who knows how many 
hands he must have shaked?  It was not like he was only eating 
waffles or something...
